薛华丽,女,博士,教授,博士生导师。

个人简介:

主要从事农产品采后真菌病害控制,及病害组织中真菌毒素的检测、消解和脱除技术研究。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金地区项目2项,国家重点研发项目-子课题1项,甘肃省自然基金项目1项,甘肃省高等学校科研项目1项,甘肃农业大学“盛彤笙基金”项目2项,作为研究骨干参与并完成十二五“863”子课题1项。中国食品科学技术学会青年工作委员会委员,《保鲜与加工》期刊的青年编委,国内外多种期刊审稿人,近年来发表学术论文60余篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者在Journal of Agricultural and food chemistry, Food Chemistry, Postharvest Biology and Technology, Toxins等国际期刊发表SCI论文20篇,EI 论文4篇。主编撰写专著2部,参编专著4部,其中2部为英文专著。以第一完成人申请授权国家发明专利2项。 2009年获甘肃农业大学“优秀教师”荣誉称号,2011年指导第八届“挑战杯”甘肃省大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛二等奖,2012年首批入选甘肃农业大学伏羲青年英才培养计划项目,2015年获甘肃农业大学优秀博士论文,2016年获甘肃省优秀博士论文,2016-2017年赴加拿大麦吉尔大学为期一年的学术访问与交流,2017年主持的项目获“甘肃省高等学校科技进步”三等奖;2017年入选甘肃省青年教师成才奖。2020年获甘肃省自然科学二等奖。
