史战红，男，副教授。2013年6月在西北师范大学获理学博士学位，现研究方法为统计预测、模糊决策。在《Information Sciences》、《Computing and Informatics》、《J. COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSIS AND APPLICATIONS》、《模糊系统与数学》、《数学的实践与认识》等国内外学术期刊上发表论文20余篇。近年来担任《统计学导论》、《统计预测和决策》课程的教学工作。参与国家自然科学基金项目3项。2017年获甘肃农业大学优秀党员称号。已指导应用统计学本科生完成毕业论文10人次，指导SRTP项目5项，指导全国大学生数学建模竞赛获省级特等奖3项、一等奖1项、二等奖2项。
